White wines

Produced with Chardonnay grapes growned in the Montello hills area, this exclusive wine is aged for 18 months in “Allier” oak barriques of 225 liters. Golden coloured with greenish glints, it has a wide fragrance with hints of honey, acacia flowers and of crust of bread. Its full, sapid and round flavour introduces to a firm and persistent taste. Recommended serving temperature 12-14° C.

VINIFICATION: In withe with soft pressing, aging in cask.
