Sparkling wine made according to natural fermentation Charmat method. Bright pink colour with light purple glints. Velvety, harmonious and sapid flavour with well-balanced acidity and sweetness, its aftertaste is tenacious and dry. Excellent as an aperitif. Also ideal for risotto and white meat.
