Sweet sparkling wine made according to natural fermentation Charmat- Method. Produced with selected grapes cultivated in the Asolo hill area. Strawyellow colour with greenish glints, fine and rich perlage, with a typical fruity bouquet. Soft, dry and delicate flavour. It is an excellent aperitif but also a perfect accompaniment for appetizers. Serve at 6-8°C.
