From May 12 to 14 will be presented in Rome our prestigious Asolo Prosecco Spumante DOCG.

The event is organized by the Consorzio Tutela Vini DOC Montello e Colli Asolani and the head "Cucina e Vini" with the assistance of the Ministry of Agriculture.

In these three days will be made to taste our famous sparkling wine in the capital, explaining all its advantages, starting with the restrictive rules of the specification, the yield per hectare very low (12000 kg) to the limit of the dry (at least 16 g / l).

Together with us, Cantina Montelliana, will also present other members of the Consortium in order to be able to understand the characteristics and be able to exchange ideas with the tasters.
