Extra dry sparkling wine obtained through the methode Charmat with fermentation at a controlled temperature.
Pale, bright straw-yellow colour, it has the typical aroma of wild flowers and rich, pleasantly palatable flavour.
It is an excellent aperitif but also a perfect accompaniment for meat and fish-based dishes.
To be served at 6-8°C.
