Our DOC prosecco is a sparkling wine produced using natural fermentation methods, and carefully monitored so that the high quality is constantly maintained. Detailed chemical analyses are carried out as soon as the grapes arrive in the cellar, and continued right up to the phase that precedes the marketing of our dry white wine.
