Extra dry sparkling wine made using the Charmat method, with temperaturecontrolled fermentation.
Bright straw-yellow colour, it has the typical aroma of wild flowers and a floral, pleasantly mellow flavour.
It is an excellent aperitif but also a perfect accompaniment for white meat and fish-based dishes.
Serve at 6-8°C.
