ASOLO PROSECCO SUPERIORE DOCG EXTRA BRUT

DESCRIPTION

Sparkling wine made by natural fermentation with the Charmat method. It embodies all the fragrance and mineral taste of the Asolo hills. Pale straw-yellow colour with greenish highlights and fine perlage, it has a fruity bouquet and
full-bodied, sapid taste, completed by a dense, creamy foam. The low residual sugar content makes it suitable for accompanying all the courses in the meal.
Serve at 6-8° C.
